📦 Shipping Charges apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland and Ireland, calculated at checkout.
All orders are processed promptly and delivered with care to ensure your perfumes arrive safely and beautifully packaged.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

If the seal or packaging has been opened, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund, for hygiene and safety reasons.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@splashit.uk with:

Photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened perfumes or fragrance bottles

Used products

Items without their original packaging
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
